Windsor New World
World Class Store is Complete
The goal was simple and clear. Bring the latest world-
class shopping experience to Windsor New World.
Lighter, brighter, more space, more range, outstanding
fresh food selection with an ongoing commitment to
excellent service and competitive pricing.
From the first line on the planning page through
to thousands of man hours of construction and re-
organisation Windsor New World has essentially been
expanded, modernised and rebuilt to this goal with an
investment of nine million dollars.
We now present our completed store. Contemporary
colours and materials with more open areas and greater
use of natural light with large window areas. You will
first notice a smooth new car park surface to move
the new trolleys across and a fresh look to the building
exterior and gardens.
A welcoming Customer Service area with Lotto,
café and free Wi-Fi included greets all customers
neighboured by the vibrant colour of the beautiful flower
arrangements from our qualified florists. Our café to
go offers great coffee, tea and smoothies to add to the
pleasure of the journey around the store or home.
The new look produce department has a more open feel
with central island cabinets and Italian wall cabinets
which work on a crate system allowing easier rotation
and less direct physical handing of produce items. Fresh
produce is an absolute priority and this arrives daily.
Our entire butchery is proudly open so you can
see the expert team fully in action. An outstanding
range is on offer from bulk value packs to extensive
packaged cabinet selections and a mouth-watering
gourmet selection in our glass cabinet. Our qualified
meat retailers love preparing interesting new cuts and
welcome the opportunity to talk about the best ways to
cook meats. In addition, there is usually something tasty
to sample cooking on the hot plate.
Directly beside the butchery is our Seafood department
with a stunning selection of seafood meal creations and
latest catch fillets. The range changes daily subject to
fresh supply and the creative impulses of our seafood
team. They make seafood truly exciting and again, the
team love to talk about the best ways to cook seafood.
New ovens imported from France bake a delicious range
of artisan breads, offering a unique taste and texture.
Our qualified bakers bake batches throughout the day
which are put directly into our glass serving cabinet so
you can be assured of the freshest most delicious range
of breads. There are always samples to try and check out
the fun new range of cup cakes. The bakers are always
creating something new and delicious.
Our new Delicatessen highlights more range and
the addition of a specialised Sushi cabinet with both
packaged sushi and the ability to choose individually
with just as many as you require in any combination.
New "food to go" cabinets allow for interesting new
lunch and meal options.
Dairy chilled foods and frozen foods have both been
greatly expanded in range with more selection.
Importantly, our main grocery area gains an additional
60 bays allowing for an additional 2,000 lines of products
including more international foods, gluten-free and
New checkouts complete the picture with a new design
and improved comfort for the operators, and automatic
window blinds to reduce the setting sun glare.
Windsor New World Owner Operators Warren and Kerri-
Anne McKenzie sincerely thank their loyal customers
and their dedicated staff for their amazing support
through the challenges of the year-long building project.
They now have a world-class supermarket for all to enjoy.
